๐ŸŽฃ From sea to plate, made with love

Those 3 little words – grace before meals, really come to life whether we are hunter-gatherers, gardener-consumers, or supermarket shoppers. The process of sourcing food and preparing and enjoying a meal is often overlooked and normalized since it's something many (but sadly not all) of us do on a daily basis.

The fact that food is provided for mankind so many ways is amazing. Future-food exists:

• in the sea/rivers (fish)
• in trees (fruits)
on land (veggies)
• in the earth (potatoes)

Today's post shares pics of various types of fried fish (sharing the recipe soon.) Who would have thought preparing, seasoning and cooking fish could be so meditative and enjoyable?

Here goes:

Amberjack

Barracuda

Bonito

Kingfish

Amberjack (part 2)

Tuna
