Serenity 🎼

The rhythms and melodies of creation usher in moments of serenity and sonic refreshment. We’re given the gift of tuning into the earth’s song, perfectly composed by The Creator. He shares His presence through His Word and handiwork, calls us beloved, and blesses us with gifts in nature to energize, beautify, and invite us into the arms of serenity.

Taking quiet time to be thankful, get some perspective and tune into the beauty of creation is essential to a healthy life. I challenged myself to learn more about the place where I was born – literally take a hike as often as possible, and really discover and cherish the magnificent expressions of God’s handiwork right where I am, in Barbados. Every day, there is something to learn and something new to appreciate, from the beautiful sounds of birds singing in the morning, to glorious sunrise or sunset that lights up the sea and land.

Enjoying the soothing sounds of seawater, birdsongs, and ‘forest’ sounds can lighten, brighten and refresh your day. Fresh air is not only good for our respiration and skin; it’s also nurturing to one of the greatest treasures within – peace of mind. For about 4 years, I’ve been documenting these serene sounds, and I’d like to share that with you through the creation sound catalogue where you can tune into relaxing melodies from gardens, the ocean, and fresh air spaces.
